d) Transportation service provider (if required):
Purpose: airport pick-up or tour support.
Information used: full name, phone number, arrival/departure time, destination.
e) Competent state agency:
Purpose: to serve inspection, examination or investigation work according to the provisions of law.
Information used: all customer information according to specific written request.
Note: Third parties may only use information to the extent necessary and must commit to complying with regulations on personal information security.
3. Information storage time
During the time the customer uses the service and up to 5 years thereafter (unless otherwise required by law).
Or until the customer requests to cancel the information and that request is legally accepted.
After this time, we will delete or anonymize the data according to internal security procedures.

If additional time is required, we will clearly inform the reason and the expected response timeframe.
All complaints related to the misuse or unauthorized use of personal data beyond the notified scope will be handled transparently, promptly, and in accordance with legal regulations.
